Five Morning Habits to Boost Your Mood and Day Right: 

Becoming morning person it’s kinda journey. I know you might not believe it. Right now you maybe be thinking that’s might be true for birds, trust me I have failed so many time then I become morning person like early birds. Let’s try to get up early and become a morning person. Then look back 5 months ago what you had now what you have, trust me. These five habits changed my life.



Those five habits1. Meditation 2.Drinking warm water 3.Reading 3.Exercising 4.Eating healthy foods. 5 Making routines for your day

Meditation:
Meditation is essential to feel well and live a happy life. After getting up morning needs meditation. Because it helps you to overcome negative thought, worries, anxiety, all factors can prevent you from feeling happy. If you carried out on a daily basis, that will mitigate the symptoms of stress and anxiety.   When you get up early and notice that your brains are blank. It is the perfect time to meditations. If you do that jobs after waking then the result will stick together the whole day with you. You have other options if you don’t like meditation. You take Morning Prayer.

Drinking warm water:
Drinking warm water to expand and carry blood pressure more effectively throughout your body. Water helps in the digestion of food and consequently, help burn more calories. And also it will lose your belly fat. It’s very useful for your health. When you awake in that time your stomach is blank. If you drink water then it can work again perfectly. Or if you’re a fatass guy then you take warm water with lemon. Lemon can burn your extra fat.


Reading:
There have five benefits that I personally appreciated. Mental Stimulation, knowledge, memory improvement, better writing skills, improving analytical thinking skills, those skills are improving by reading books. Trust me. When you read books you can introduce new concepts, new thought. That makes you knowledgeable. I don’t say that you have to finish a book within a day. If you don’t like reading then force yourself to read almost 10 pages. If you consistently read books some of the days later automatically you feel comfortable to read. {Read Read Read} the more you read the more you learn. Especially I like motivational books and New York bestselling books.

Exercising:
Exercising is good for you and your health. It is very important that’s gonna make you perfect for your works. I don’t say that you go to the gym and become a bodybuilder. There has some easy work out that you can easily do it at home. Swimming is the most powerful exercise. It’s perfect for everyone. Walking is a simple exercise but powerful. Actually, I do it every morning like jumping jack, push up or side plank. This three heck help me to reduce 10kg within 4 months. The main purpose of the exercise is that help to get oxygen in your brains.

Eating healthy foods:
That’s four steps later obviously you feel hungry. You need fresh foods and water. Healthy foods make you healthy. Try to eat some fruits like apple, orange etc. Skipping breakfast can raise blood sugar, which increases fat storage. Healthy foods and diet can help you to maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart diseases, cancer) and improve your overall health.


Making routines for your day:
After finishing breakfast you have to make a routine for your day. What you wanna do. A morning routine can be particularly vital to set up your day in the perfect way. It totally depends on you. Which things you feel comfortable to do. You make a routine on a daily basis. That gives you the perfect direction to make your day in the best way.
