How can I become a morning person?

Becoming a morning person is quite hard and like a journey. If you’re not a morning person, you have to face some problem. Because you’re a night owl. For night owls, falling asleep earlier than usual can be difficult.  Actually, people sleep well when the body knows sleep is coming. Look, if you sleep early then you are able to get up early. You know, that might be true for early birds, but believe me, I’ve tried. I’m just not a morning person. 

Becoming a morning person can only work if you wake up and go to bed early every day of the week, said Watson.
So if you want to become a morning person make the right schedule. Put on yourself on a morning schedule and eat healthy foods timely.


Here are my 7 tips for becoming an early riser: These 7 ways I become a morning person that is given below
1.    Allow yourself to sleep earlier: If you sleep early then you able to get up early. Every human need to sleep for 6 or 7 hours.

2.    Stay consistent: It’s very important to stay consistent. As a night owl, it’s quite hard to stay consistent. I have failed many times. After all, I did it.  Don’t worry be failed just focus on your schedule become a morning person.

3.     Eliminate electronic devices after dinner: After taking dinner you have to avoid electronic devices. In the modern world, it’s too hard to avoid electronic device. I know it’s hard but it possible. Doing some alternative ways you can avoid this. I take advantage by reading books instead of electronic devices.

4.    Put your alarm clock far from your bed: look, when your alarm clock far from your bed its advantage for you. When your clock ringing, obviously you have to get up and stop the alarm. Prior to sleep, you made up your mind after stop your alarm never sleep again.

5.    Eliminate blue light after dinnerAfter dinner stop the blue light. Try to use zero light. Look, its help you to sleep early. Trust me.

6.    Go out of the bedroom as soon as shut off the alarm and go to the bathroom and brush your teeth: when your alarm ringing shut the alarm down and go to the bathroom and fresh yourself. Brush your teeth and drink water. In this process help you to get up properly.

7.    Make waking up early a reward: when you think to get up early is a reward when you make easier to awake.
